Summer Cooler

Summer Cooler has a candied berry medley (likely raspberry, blueberry and cherries) that’s slightly more dominant than its citrus blend of sweet orange and tart lemon (not listed). Although the balanced sweet and tart dichotomy reminds me of sour gummy worms (one of my favorite candies), there’s an hint of watermelon in the background (not listed) and an icy finish reminiscent of a slushie. Throw is medium (6.5 on 3rd burn) and I really liked it. In comparison to its cousin Country Candle Blue Raspberry, BR is more tangy with its lemon/lime citrus combo, has a distinct raspberry note, a subtle note of greenery, and no iciness. If you’re looking for a refreshing, sweet berry and citrus candle with a clean burn, beautiful blue wax, a patriotic label, and a product that’s proudly made in the USA, this one is hard to beat.

Refreshing Summer Scent!

Such a delightful scent for summer! I burned this candle beginning on July 4th, the label a perfect addition to my decor. The balance between the berries and citrus is excellent. It smells like a mixture of orangeade, lemonade, and the berries come across more like a less sour blue raspberry. The throw was a solid medium, 6-7, the scent varied between a 6-8. I had no issues with the new wicks, and the burn has been much cleaner with the recent pours of the Country Candles in general. I absolutely recommend this scent if you're in the market for something fresh and fruity.

Summer Cooler

Smells similar to those red, white, and blue popsicles. Wicks burn hot and fast on this candle, and tend to make carbon balls. Need to keep wicks trimmed and limit to 3 hour burn time to prevent sooting on this one. I wish the wicks were a bit less fussy, and I could keep it lit longer than 3 hours at a time. Overall, it is a nice fragrance with a medium throw.
